Colin Lambert joined P&L Services in August 2001 after a 24-year career in the financial markets, predominantly in foreign exchange trading. He joined P&L from MCM Inc, an analytical company focused on the financial markets. Whilst there, Colin managed the flagship CurrencyWatch I product. In his dealing career, he worked in New York, Singapore, Toronto, Tokyo and London for both buy-side and sell-side institutions, in several roles, including chief dealer.
Neill Penney,
Managing Director and Global Head of Trading - Refinitiv

Neill Penney is Co-Head of Trading at Refinitiv where, together with Michael Chin, he is responsible for the Trading business at Refinitiv.  The Trading business provides market data, pre-trade insight, execution capabilities, and transactional workflow solutions for the sales, trading, and research of foreign exchange, rates, credit, equities, and other exchanged-traded instruments.  Refinitiv is one of the world’s largest providers of financial markets data and infrastructure, serving over 40,000 institutions in over 190 countries.  Neill joined Refinitiv in May 2013.

Neill holds positions on several FX industry committees. Currently he is Co-Vice Chair of the Global Foreign Exchange Committee (GFXC); a member of the London FX Joint Standing Committee (FXJSC); and a member of the Federal Reserve Bank of New York's FX Committee (FXC). Previously he has been the London Foreign Exchange Joint Standing Committee’s private sector representative on the GFXC.

Prior to joining Refinitiv, Neill was Managing Director and European Head of Fixed Income E-Trading Strategy at Morgan Stanley until 2009.  Prior to joining Morgan Stanley, Neill was Head of Product Strategy at FXall and a member of their Management Committee.  Before joining FXall, Neill was Vice President at J.P. Morgan where he held several quant-related roles within their FX business.

Neill graduated from the University of Oxford with a First Class degree in Mathematics in 1991.
Stuart Simmons,
Head of Currency - QIC

Stuart has over 25 years’ experience in the financial industry and 20 years' experience in FX markets. As Head of Currency in QIC's Liquid Markets Group, he is responsible for currency management across overlay and implemented client solutions. He represents QIC on the Australian Foreign Exchange Committee and is Australia’s private sector representative on the Global Foreign Exchange Committee where he also acts as co-lead for the Buyside Outreach working group. Before joining QIC in April 2015, Stuart was Managing Director at Principal Global Investors (London) and Director of FX Sales at ANZ (London).
David Clark,
Member of the Bank of England FX Joint Standing Committee

David Clark has served in FX markets since 1969, and since semi retiring has acted as a Non-Executive Director on a number of Boards in Banking, Broking and other financial markets firms. Among others, he is currently a NED on the Board of Refinitiv Benchmark Services, a member of the Bank of England FX Joint Standing Committee, and is a member of the Libor and Ice Swap Rate Oversight Committees.
Simon Sukhaseume,
Senior Portfolio Manager Head of Currency Management, Asia ex Japan - State Street Global Advisors

Simon is a Senior Portfolio Manager and Head of Currency, Asia Pacific ex-Japan for State Street Global Advisors. His responsibilities include the management and development of currency strategies for SSGA's institutional clients in the Asia Pacific ex-Japan region.

Prior to commencing his current role, Simon was responsible for currency trading and portfolio management of asset allocation and currency portfolios at SSGA, Australia. When Simon joined SSGA in September 1997, he was an Assistant Operations Manager. Prior to that role he worked at State Street Australia, Limited as a Portfolio Administrator for two years.

Simon has received a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Western Sydney, Macarthur, with a double major in Economics and Finance.
Rory O’Connor
Portfolio Manager, QSuper

Rory O’Connor has over 14 years’ experience in FX markets with roles in banking and superannuation. As portfolio manager in QSuper’s Capital Markets division, Rory manages trade execution across multiple asset classes. He has responsibility for QSuper’s adoption of and adherence to the FX Global Code. Prior to commencing with QSuper in 2017, Rory was the Senior Manager of FX Trading at Suncorp.
