Rajosik heads the Financial Risk Management practice in KPMG India and has with over 20 years of experience in Risk Management, Banking and Financial Instruments. He has extensive experience of implementing treasury solutions for several Corporations and Banks in countries like US, UK, Germany, Israel, GCC and India. He has been previously associated with another Big 4 and has worked for a Bank in London. He led several Basel and treasury related implementation projects across banks.

Mr. Kumar Ayashkanta is currently associated as Group Chief Investment Officer at Wipro Enterprises. In his current role he is responsible managing the Global Corporate Treasury, Investments, hedging/trading in multiple currencies/commodities, Financial Planning, M&A, Venture Fund, Risk Management, Insurance management for the group.

Before Joining Wipro, Kumar was heading the Treasury at L&T Financial Services.

He has more than a decade long experience in fund raising (both onshore and offshore), trading in Forex and Derivatives, Risk Management, M&A, Investor Relationship, System Implementations, Hedge Accounting and Market Related activities. In his previous assignments he was associated with ICICI Bank as a Trader in exchange rate and interest rate derivatives, with PwC as a Consultant in Market Risks field.

Kumar is a regular speaker at various National / International Conferences.

Audra Scharf, Head of FXall, has been with LSEG for 8 years.  She joined Thomson Reuters as a Credit Product Manager in 2014 and has held numerous roles at Thomson Reuters, Refinitiv and LSEG.  Prior to her time at LSEG, she worked at Bank of America and JPMorgan in FX Prime Brokerage in the Product Management.
