Strategies for digitally serving the investor of the future
Refinitiv recently surveyed over 1,100 investors to understand how their data and digital needs are evolving. The results showed that only 37% of investors to give their wealth providers top marks for the digital experience. In addition, around a third of investors would consider switching providers in the next 12 months to a platform that satisfies their digital needs.
The survey also asked investors what they deem to be critical. At the top of the list was the need for platforms that help them make portfolio decisions, are easy to navigate and use across multiple channels, and provide relevant analysis, content and data visualization tools.
If wealth providers want to remain competitive and retain their customers, having a best in breed digital experience is key.
