Nsajigwa Martin Kasyanju is a Financial Markets Professional with experience in trading, structuring, and sales of Fixed Income, Currency, and Derivatives products. He is currently a senior trader in global markets at CRDB Bank Plc in Tanzania.


With over 6 years of experience in the financial markets, Nsajigwa has honed his skills in various aspects of sales and trading, including risk management, market analysis, and client relationship management. He is known for his deep understanding of financial instruments and market dynamics; and has a proven record of delivering results in the local environment.


He is certified by ACI FMA and currently serving as the President of ACI FMA Tanzania. Previously he was the chairperson for ACI FMA Tanzania - Market Conduct & Development. Nsajigwa is actively involved in promoting ethical conduct and professional development within the financial markets industry in Tanzania through his leadership roles in ACI FMA Tanzania. He is passionate about market development, promoting best practices, and fostering a culture of integrity in the financial markets in Tanzania and beyond.

  



Rui Correia

Rui Correia is currently Executive Director and Chair of Board of Education at ACI FMA, a Certified Trainer in financial markets and holder of a Masters in Finance.

With over 30 years of international experience in financial markets, Rui has worked for institutions in Lisbon, London, and Madrid, on trading, structuring and sales roles.

With the FX Global Code as the main subject and considering the benefit of education for its efficient adherence, Rui has delivered several presentations, organised workshops, training sessions and participated in debates on the topic. Rui was also a member of the Buy-Side Outreach Working Group of the Global FX Committee.

  








Liku Kamba


Manager Domestic Markets Department

Liku Kamba is the Manager Domestic Markets Department at Bank of Tanzania, and an Accredited Fellow with the Macro Economic and Financial Management Institute for Eastern and Southern African Countries (MEFMI) focussing on the development of domestic financial markets.

Ms. Kamba is responsible for overseeing the implementation of monetary policy, financial markets development strategy, government debt issuance, financial markets regional integration agenda and overseeing the interbank foreign exchange market and the interbank cash market.

With financial markets experience of almost 20 years, she has served as a member of the technical team spearheading financial sector reforms under Tanzania’s Financial Sector Support Programme geared towards improving the infrastructure, regulatory frameworks and the efficiency of Tanzania’s financial markets.

She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from Franklin University and an MBA from the University of Dar es Salaam.

Mohamed Laseko is a seasoned finance professional with over 10 years of experience in trading FX and derivative products. He currently holds the position of Senior Manager - Currencies, Derivatives and Commodities at CRDB Bank PLC, where he manages a team of traders and oversees the bank's trading activities in these asset classes.
 
In addition to his work at CRDB Bank, Mohamed has also been actively involved in promoting professionalism in the financial markets. He previously served as the Chairperson for Professionalism for ACI FMA Tanzania, a global trade association for financial market participants, where he played a key role in developing and implementing codes of conduct and best practices for the industry.

Mohamed's expertise in trading, risk management, and market analysis has earned him a reputation as a trusted advisor and thought leader in the financial industry. He is known for his analytical skills, strategic thinking, and ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike.
