While the SFTR will undoubtedly improve transparency and lead to healthier levels of risk, it also has broad-based implications for many market participants, including banks, investment firms, insurance companies and many others.

On Thursday 19th November we hosted a complimentary webinar to explore the following topics:

  • What have been the main challenges?
  • Were there lessons learned from Phase 1 & 2 that were addressed in Phase 3?
  • What has been the feedback from impacted firms since implementation?
  • Do we expect changes to the reporting regime on the back of initial implementation?
  • What does the future of SFTR look like? What are the key things to be considered?
