The Gold Standard of Wealth Management:
Re-defining Investors’ Digital and Data Needs

Unprecedented uncertainty has triggered a wholesale shift in investors’ expectations of cutting-edge data and a seamless digital experience.

Our recent study sourced insights from over 1,000 advisory and self-directed investors across nine financial centers. The results show that clients have a growing need for a more comprehensive data offering, including alternative data alongside more traditional analysis.

The digital experience is paramount and yet elicits only mediocre satisfaction scores, with new capabilities urgently needed for the COVID era.

We will discuss:

  • Why client satisfaction with the digital experience is low, and where the wealth industry is falling short
  • What’s causing self-directed investors to feel particularly neglected by their wealth providers
  • Where the undeniable surge in interest in ESG investing is coming from and how to address it
  • How to optimize data and content to cut through the noise

Join Refinitiv and guest panelists as they examine the findings and what they mean for the wealth management industry.
