Jason Yu Compliance and AML Director, HashKey Digital Asset Group

Jason joined HashKey Digital Asset Group in July 2020 as Compliance and AML Director. He oversees the AML and Compliance function and advises the business on Compliance and AML related matters.

Prior to joining HashKey Digital Asset Group in 2020, he worked in Compliance in Private Banking and Brokerage Services for 7 years.

Jason holds a Master of Law in Commercial Law degree from the University of Edinburgh, an International Diploma in Governance Risk & Compliance from the International Compliance Association and is a Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (ACAMs).

King Leung Head of Fintech, InvestHK

As the Head of Fintech at InvestHK, King helps raise the competitiveness of Hong Kong as a leading international financial center and job creation by attracting international Fintech companies to Hong Kong. To achieve this goal, King promotes Fintech adoption and investment by facilitating deal flow among financial services institutions, investors, and Fintech companies.

King spent over 20 years as a serial tech entrepreneur, angel investor and venture capitalist where he covered Artificial Intelligence, Data Analytics, Digital Payments, Fintech, Internet Security, and Martech.

Besides his entrepreneurial career, King was a Fintech lecturer for the Institute for China Business of the University of Hong Kong in Mainland China and a management consultant in strategy, operation and information technology with Booz Allen Hamilton and KPMG Consulting in USA and UK.

King Leung holds an MBA (Hons) in Finance and Strategy from the University of Chicago, and BSc (Hons) in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin – Madison.

Stephen Joon Choi Co-Founder, CTO, LORA Technologies

Stephen has nearly two decades of experience in the finance industry as a former fund manager and head of equities derivatives trading at various firms like HSBC, Citi, and Mirae Asset. As the CTO, he shoulders two main responsibilities of the development of our proprietary AI technology and our quantitative finance research with published research papers. Stephen oversees the entire research and development, technology teams in both Hong Kong and Indonesia. Stephen has published papers on both quantitative finance and finance with new AI technologies.
