Name Matching enhancements  
The World-Check One matching engine technology has been enhanced to incorporate
  • Added support for Khmer language (Khmer, the official language of Cambodia, is also used in some areas of Thailand and Vietnam)
  • Improved Matching for Hebrew and Burmese names
  • Improved Organization name matching in non-English languages

Custom Field Redesign
The administration of Custom Fields is being enhanced to simplify the management of this feature, improve data integrity and support case management workflows.  Please note that this enhancement may require changes to your internal workflow for the creation and administration of Custom Fields.

Special Interest Categories Administration Enhancements 
Client and Group administrators will have the ability to include or exclude individual Special Interest Categories from the group screening universe (Advanced subscription only).  This will allow for more targeted screening against specific data subsets that may be of particular interest to your organization.

Report Export Cancel
This upcoming enhancement allows users to cancel Case Manager report exports in instances where an extremely large or duplicate report may have been generated in error.

Bulk Clear Review Required Flags
This enhancement will enable Client Admins to use the Bulk Actions functionality to clear Review Required flags in bulk.  The associated Clear Review Flag template will require the CaseID, Case Name and Match ID.

Screen with ID – Additional Enhancements 
The Screen with ID functionality will be further enhanced to allow users to apply ID screening for Unspecified entity type in addition to Individuals and Organizations.

World-Check One Ends Support for IE11 
To ensure the highest level of security and optimal user experience, Refinitiv World-Check One will no longer support Microsoft Internet Explorer 11 (IE11) as of 30 September 2022.  This follows Microsoft’s announcement that IE11 desktop is no longer supported for certain operating systems as of 15 June 2022.
