Bob Cracknell is responsible for the Enterprise business in Asia at Refinitiv. The Enterprise business encompasses the wide range of Global Data Feed, Data Management Software and Analytics services that Refinitiv delivers to the financial community. Asset Managers, Investment Banks, Brokers, MNCs, Exchanges, Regulators and Central Banks, are among the diverse range of market participants leveraging Refinitiv’s Enterprise solutions across their organisations, from data science teams, to front office trading desks, to risk management teams and back-office operations functions. Bob has worked in wide variety of Data Operations, Consulting, Program Management and Sales Leadership roles. Bob has been based in Asia for 15 years and currently lives in Singapore with his family.

Dr Alex Johnston is Head of Solution Consulting in the Pacific. He read his PhD in Semantic Computing and Natural Language Processing, and has delivered emerging technology in the financial services for over 20 years.
Alex and his team of consultants help our customers understand the relevance of Refinitiv technology & content, and can demonstrate how Machine Learning can be layered to deliver positive returns, using the MarketPsych sentiment indices.
