Anne Bouverot

Chairperson of the Board, Technicolor. Chair, Fondation Abeona

Anne Bouverot is Chairperson of the Board of Technicolor, a world leader in film processing, visual effects and animation services and supplier of set-top boxes and gateways. She is also Co-founder and Chair of Fondation Abeona, focused on Data Science for Fairness & Equality.

Anne previously was Chair and CEO of Morpho, a world leader in security and identity solutions, employing more than 8,600 people in 55 countries and generating revenues of €2bn. Prior to Morpho, she spent 4 years as Director General of GSMA, the international association of mobile network operators. Previously, she was Executive Vice President, Mobile Services at Orange. She began her career as IT project manager with Telmex in Mexico.

She is a graduate of Ecole Normale Supérieure Paris in Mathematics. She holds a Masters in Telecommunications Engineering and a PhD in Artificial Intelligence.

Anne currently serves as an Independent Board Member for Capgemini, Edenred and Cellnex Telcom. She has received the distinguished awards of Chevalier de l’Ordre National du Mérite and Chevalier de la Légion d’Honneur.

Michael Zaoui

Founding Partner, Zaoui & Co.

Michael Zaoui is a Founding Partner of Zaoui & Co., an investment banking firm started in 2013 to advise corporate clients on mergers, acquisitions and other strategic and financial transactions. Michael Zaoui is a former Vice Chairman of Morgan Stanley. He led some of the Firm’s major transactions on both sides of the Atlantic, including several high profile hostile takeovers.

He began his career at Morgan Stanley in 1986 in New York, moved to London in 1990 where he was promoted to Managing Director and subsequently Co-Head of European M&A, leading Morgan Stanley M&A to the top of European league tables for several years. Michael became a member of the elite Strategic Engagement Group, comprised of the world’s top investment bankers in the Firm, while still chairing European M&A. He retired from the Firm in June 2008.

Michael sits on several corporate boards across Europe, notably GEDI Gruppo Editoriale SpA, owner of Italy’s national newspaper, La Repubblica. He graduated from the Institut d’Etudes Politiques de Paris in 1976. He also completed a post-graduate research program at the London School of Economics in 1978, earned a Masters in Law from the Université de Paris in 1979 and a pre-doctoral

degree from the Université Panthéon-Sorbonne in 1981. He received an MBA from Harvard University in 1983. Michael is actively involved with his alma mater, Harvard University, serving as a member of the Leadership Circle of the Dean’s Council at the Kennedy School of Government; member of the Belfer International Council at the Kennedy School of Government; and until recently member of the Harvard Business School Board of Dean’s Advisors. With a broad interest in the arts, Michael is a Governor of the Southbank Centre, home to the Royal Festival Hall, the Queen Elizabeth Hall and the Hayward Gallery.

Stéphane Boujnah

CEO and Chairman of the Managing Board, Euronext

Stéphane Boujnah is CEO and Chairman of the Managing Board of Euronext, the pan-European stock exchange operating regulated markets in Amsterdam, Brussels, Dublin, Lisbon, Oslo and Paris.

Before joining Euronext, Stéphane Boujnah was Head of Santander Global Banking and Markets for continental Europe. From 2005 to 2010, he was Managing Director at Deutsche Bank responsible for the development of the investment banking operations in France. Previously he founded KM5 Capital, an advisory company specialised in equity raising and M&A advice for venture capital funds and innovative technology companies. From 2000 to 2002, he was Director of the European M&A team of Credit Suisse First Boston Technology Group in Palo Alto and London. From 1997 to 1999, Stéphane Boujnah was senior adviser to the French Minister for Economy, Finance and Industry, Dominique Strauss-Kahn.

Stéphane Boujnah started his career in 1991 as a business lawyer at Freshfields. He graduated from the Institut d’Etudes Politiques de Paris. He holds a Master degree and a DEA in Law from La Sorbonne Paris, a LLM in Law from the University of Kent, and a MBA from Insead. Stéphane Boujnah was a member of the Commission pour la Liberation de la Croissance Française established by the then President Nicolas Sarkozy in 2007. He is founder and Vice-President of the Board of the think tank En Temps Réel and President of the Board of directors of Accentus and Insula Orchestra.

Virginie Morgon

CEO, Eurazeo

Virginie Morgon is the CEO of Eurazeo, a position she has held since March 2018. She has been a member of the Executive Board since she joined the firm in 2008. She sits on the firm’s various investment committees.

Under Ms. Morgon’s leadership, Eurazeo has grown to become a leading multi-strategy and global investment firm, with 10 offices worldwide, including Paris, New York, Shanghai, London, Seoul, and Sao Paolo. Today, Eurazeo manages over €18 billion in diversified assets, including €11 billion on behalf of third-party investors. Eurazeo’s mission is to provide transformative investment solutions for companies across all market segments and sizes, from early-stage start-ups to multinational large-cap enterprises. It's solid institutional and family shareholder base and robust financial structure enable Eurazeo to form value-additive and long-term partnerships with the companies it supports.

Prior to joining Eurazeo in 2008, Ms. Morgon spent more than 16 years as an investment banker at Lazard, where she advised international groups such as Air Liquide, Danone, Kingfisher, Publicis and Renault. She was appointed the firm’s youngest senior managing partner in 2001, based out of Paris. Ms. Morgon is a prominent and vocal advocate for diversity and global equality and has been regularly ranked on Fortune's list of “Most Powerful Women International”. She is a founding member of the Women’s Forum for Economy & Society, and serves as Co-Chair of the Paris Committee for Human Rights Watch. In recognition of her successful career and contribution to the economy, Ms. Morgon was made Knight of the Legion of Honor and Knight of the National Order of Merit, the two highest French civilian distinctions.

Ms. Morgon holds a degree from l’Institut d’Etudes Politiques de Paris and a Masters’ degree in Economics and Management from the University of Bocconi in Milan, Italy. She is fluent in French, English and Italian and has worked in New York, Paris and London. Virginie Morgon is the proud mother of four children. Ms. Morgon currently serves as an Independent Board Member for L’Oréal and Moncler. Her previous board appointments have included those for Accor Hotels and Vivendi.

Rob Cox

Global Editor, Reuters Breakingviews

Rob Cox helped found Breakingviews.com in 2000 in London. From 2004 he spearheaded the publication’s expansion in the United States and edited daily Breakingviews columns in the New York Times and Wall Street Journal. Rob has worked as a financial journalist in London, Milan, New York, Washington, Chicago and Tokyo. Rob was named editor in chief of Breakingviews in December 2012, three years after it was acquired by Thomson Reuters.
