Che Sidanius is the Global Head of Financial Crime & Industry Affairs at Refinitiv (an LSEG business). His role is to identify regulatory changes and lead programs of action with the sole purpose of enhancing the fight against financial crime more effective and delivering the best possible outcome for the industry. Together with the World Economic Forum and Europol, he’s the founder of the Global Coalition to Fight Financial Crime and Co-Chair of the B20’s Integrity and Compliance Taskforce.

Prior to joining Refinitiv, his work experiences include being a Senior Advisor to the Bank of England's Financial Stability Directorate and previously a Senior Bank Examiner at the Federal Reserve Bank of NY. His most notable awards included receiving the Presidential Award for managing the 2007-09 Financial Crisis and a driving force behind Refinitiv’s Impact Company of the year award in 2019 and contributor to the same award in 2021.

Che received his Master’s in International Affairs from the School of Advanced International Studies, Johns Hopkins University and undergraduate degree in Political Science from UC Berkeley in California.

Tim Hesselink is a partner/attorney-at-law at Kneppelhout Lawyers in the Netherlands. Before joining Kneppelhout Lawyers Tim worked as a director Trade & Customs at KPMG Meijburg & Co in the Netherlands. Prior to that Tim worked as an in-house tax counsel at an US automotive supplier in Paris (France). He started his career as a tax advisor at one of the big 4 firms, after which he became an attorney-at-law at an international law firm. Tim specializes in EU export controls and economic sanctions, customs and international trade (e.g. customs classification, rules of origin, customs valuation and transfer pricing), excise duties and EU consumer product & food law. Over the years, Tim advised manufacturers, suppliers, international commodity traders, logistics service providers, and customs/VAT brokers in both non-contentious and contentious matters. Tim conducted litigation in export compliance and customs and trade matters before administrative, tax and customs courts as well as before the EU Court of Justice.

Tim has degrees in tax law and law and economics of international energy markets from Leiden University. He is a member of the Dutch Bar and the American Bar Association. He is also a part-time lecturer on export controls & sanctions and customs law at the VU University in Amsterdam, the Erasmus University Rotterdam and the Dutch Association of Tax Advisors. Tim is a contributor to a specialist Dutch journal on customs law and the WorldECR Guides to Sanctions in Europe and World Encryption Controls. He is a frequent guest speaker at international conferences. Tim is nominated in the Guide to Trade & Customs Lawyers as well as to International Sanctions, Who’s Who Legal, 2015-2022.

Based in Warsaw, Poland, Radoslaw is currently a Solution Consultant covering Customer Risk & Third Party Risk Solutions at Refinitiv, an LSEG Business. Radoslaw is a seasoned compliance professional with more than a decade experience in due diligence, financial crime compliance, sanctions as well as customer activity and transaction monitoring. Radoslaw has been helping clients meet their regulatory obligations and successfully manage risk across various industry sectors, especially financial services, automotive and pharma.

Passionate about compliance, AML, due diligence, Radoslaw is a Certified Anti Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS) and is currently pursuing postgraduate studies in the use of new technologies in law and finance.
