Toby Hassall is Lead Analyst, Coal Market Research. He is currently based in Singapore and is responsible for the analysis of coal supply, demand, and prices globally. He has over fifteen years of experience in commodity market research, focused mainly on coal, iron ore, and steel. Prior to joining LSEG, Toby held roles with commodity research company CRU, Australian rail company Aurizon, Westpac Banking Corporation, and the Reserve Bank of Australia.

Marina Tsygankova is a Reaseach Manager at European gas team at Refinitiv. Marina has been part of the Natural Gas European Research team since 2012, building various analysis and writing market reports covering European gas market.

Before joining Refinitiv, Marina worked as a researcher at Research Department of Statistics Norway, Unit for Petroleum and Environmental Economics. Marina Tsygankova holds Ph.D and Master of Science degrees in Social Economics from University of Oslo.

Anne Kat is engaged in building up the Global LNG Market service on Eikon, developing market analysis and forecast on supply, demand and pricing. Prior to joining the LNG team in 2013, Anne Kat worked as Commercial Manager at the Thomson Reuters Carbon Team. Moreover, she spent 10 years working at Norsk Hydro where she held several positions: as head of Nordic and Continental power market analysis team, senior analyst within oil and gas markets and negotiator of long-term gas contracts. Prior to this, she spent multiple years in the shipping industry and holds Master of Science in Petroleum Economics from University of Bergen, Norway.

Wayne Bryan is Director of European Gas Research at Refinitiv. He has a degree in Finance and holds a master’s from UCL in International Finance.

Having started his career at a major energy supplier, Wayne moved into consultancy, working as a procurement analyst. His most recent role saw him working for Alfa Energy as a trader/market analyst, responsible for its commodities market intelligence delivery and content, as well as risk managing several large gas and power portfolios.

He is frequently quoted in the media and presents at conferences across Europe with a focus on European and global gas markets.
