Chip Thresher
Americas Government Relations & Regulatory Strategy

Chip Thresher has been with Refinitiv, now an LSEG company for 6 years, joining then Thomson Reuters in 2014 as director of Government Affairs and subsequently moving to Refinitiv to lead government affairs for the Americas. Now part of the LSEG Government Relations and Regulatory Strategy team Chip manages and implements the government affairs strategy, which encompasses both policy advocacy as well as thought leadership and government engagement in the U.S. and the rest of the Americas. Prior to joining the company, Chip held various government affairs and regulatory positions in the private and public sector spanning industries including pharmaceuticals, telecommunications, energy and finance. Chip holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of Colorado, an MBA from Pepperdine University and a J.D. from George Mason University School of Law.
Teresa Halsey, CFA
Customer Success Manager, Asset Management
LSEG

Teresa is a Customer Success Manager covering buyside workflows for some of the largest asset managers and hedge funds globally. She has been with Thomson Reuters and Refinitiv, an LSEG company for a combined 10 years and is especially skilled in the portfolio analytics & risk capabilities in the flagship Eikon platform and with Datastream Charting.  As a Customer Success Manager, Teresa’s goal is to become a trusted advisor to her clients and to ensure that they receive the maximum value from Refinitiv’s solutions.


Prior to joining LSEG, Teresa held various financial advisory roles and worked as a strategy consultant. She holds the CFA designation, an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and graduated from Binghamton University with a BS degree in Accounting.

Frank Mazzei
Customer Success Manager - Asset Management

Frank Mazzei is the Customer Success Manager supporting asset management clients for over 20 years.  Franks has been with Refinitiv for 1.5 year but spent 10 years at Bloomberg developing their Portfolio Management and Risk solutions.

Frank is proficient in portfolio allocation, Alpha creation and Risk Management.  

As a trusted Customer Success manger Frank supports our largest buy side clients in portfolio management and new idea generation.

Frank Holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from University of Maryland – College Park, MD.

Caroline Armour
Customer Success Manager, LSEG

Caroline Armour is a Customer Success Manager covering Investment Banking, Corporate Strategy & Intelligence teams and a slew of other Sell-Side client types. She has worked with bulge bracket, regional and boutique banks with the goal of adding the most value to the Refinitiv content they use. She works to educate clients on innovative data sets while incorporating their feedback into strategic product conversations.

Caroline has a special focus on Sustainable Finance and Ownership data. She has collaborated with a variety of asset managers, consulting firms and banks on Sustainable Finance strategy. She works with Investor Relations and Equity Capital Markets teams on creating efficiency in investor targeting and profiling.

 Caroline holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Political Science from the University of Michigan.
