Under the current administration, the US is not just catching up, but emerging as a global leader through the G20 and initiatives such as President Biden’s Leaders Summit on Climate. During this webinar, we will discuss what ESG disclosure efforts currently look like in the US and how an ESG reporting regime led by US regulators might take shape.
Our speakers will also comment on the latest regulatory developments in the EU, including the rollout of EU Taxonomy, the Sustainable Finance Disclosure Regulation (SFDR) and the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD).
