Event overview

At Refinitiv, we believe that the diversity of people and ideas within a company makes it stronger. And at the Women’s Bond Club, cultivating a strong pipeline of the next generation of female leaders in financial services has been core to our mission.

Over the past decade, ESG (environmental, social, and governance) has become increasingly important. Financial firms across the globe started to receive questions about their ESG strategies. Early on, many fumbled through answers, while but started to build out an idea of what ESG would mean to their organizations going forward.

However, they weren't convinced that being ESG-conscious would help them drive stronger returns. That is until now.

In this session, Refinitiv will present the latest data from our Diversity & Inclusion Index that highlights the 100 most diverse and inclusive companies globally. The index's findings support the idea that diversity and inclusion within the workforce result in superior financial returns.
