Pat Chaukos is leading the Ontario Securities Commission’s initiative, the OSC LaunchPad. This initiative iscommitted to modernizing regulation to support fintech innovation. 

She has extensive experience working with novel fintech businesses, to build technology solutions that meet regulatory requirements and investor needs. Before joining the OSC, Pat was Vice President, Risk Management & Compliance at Royal Mutual Funds and RBC Investments.
Andrew Graham

Co-founder & CEO  - Borrowell

Andrew Graham is co-founder and CEO of Borrowell, a financial technology company that helps consumers make decisions about credit. It was the first company in Canada to offer credit scores for free and has grown to be one of the country’s largest fintech companies, with over a million users.

Borrowell has won numerous awards, including being named one of the top 100 fintech companies in the world by KPMG and Fintech of the Year by the Digital Finance Institute.


Gary Teelucksingh

Gary is a Partner at Capco, a global business and technology management consulting firm. His experience extends across wealth and investment management, banking, brokerage, and financial planning.

Gary has held executive roles including COO, Head of National Sales, Chief Compliance Officer, Product Management, Head of Wealth Operations, Head of Americas Region. He holds a Masters degree in mathematics from the University of Western Ontario and an MBA from the Richard Ivey School of Business.
